These terms apply to all treatment appointments booked with Marie Ducharme - Masažerie ("I", "me", "my"), registered in Kuřim, Czech Republic. Booking and payment for appointments are handled through Reenio, subject to their own terms. The terms below cover the appointment itself.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged at 50% of the session price, unless there is a valid, excusable reason (such as sudden illness or an emergency), which will be considered on a case by case basis.

Late arrival

If you arrive up to 30 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and will be shortened accordingly. Arriving more than 30 minutes late is treated as a missed appointment.

No-shows

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, 100% of the session price is charged.

Your health information

You are responsible for reviewing the contraindications and for informing me of any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your session begins. This helps me adapt the massage safely to your needs. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety or suitability of the treatment.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased by sending a request by email. An electronic voucher with a unique code will be sent to you by email.

a) Payment is made by bank transfer.
b) Printed vouchers can be picked up in person at the studio for a fee of 50 Kč per voucher.
c) The minimum value of a voucher is 500 Kč.
d) Vouchers can be combined with another form of payment if the total price exceeds the value of the voucher.
e) Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
f) Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refusal of treatment

I may decline to begin a massage in the following situations:

a) You show visible signs of an infectious or contagious illness.
b) You appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
c) You have a health condition relevant to the massage that was not disclosed or agreed on beforehand.
d) You arrive in a hygienic condition that is not suitable for treatment.

Early termination of a session

A session already in progress may be ended early if:

a) Visible signs of an infectious or contagious illness develop.
b) Signs of intoxication become apparent.
c) Symptoms of a health issue appear that affect the safety of the treatment.
d) Your behavior becomes inappropriate. This includes zero tolerance for any form of sexual behavior or comments, which will result in the session ending immediately.

In any of the above cases, the session is treated as completed for billing purposes.
